Job Description

We are currently looking for a qualified Food & Beverage Manager who is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and hospitality for our guests and fosters a fun and rewarding environment for our staff. This person should be a hands-on, high energy individual with excellent people skills and supervisory experience.  Must be available to work a varied schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays). 


Front of the House Managers (FOH Manager) oversee the a la carte and banquet food service and assist in the training and development of all FOH employees.  Candidate must possess a proven track record of team management, organizational and coaching skills.  Knowledge of payroll, inventory, and budgeting is desired.  Must have experience with technical literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel and point of sale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expediting all aspects of service and Member/Guest experience
  • Ensures all Employees are service-ready in proper uniform, with the necessary tools and attitude to do their job
  • Lead pre-shift meetings, delivering shift information, company initiatives and starting the shift with a dose of positivity and fun
  • Work side by side with the team to ensure the positive flow of the dining room, speed and quality of service, and to address any opportunities with Guests and Team Members.
  • The “go to” person for addressing all food and beverage issues/occurances in a timely manner
  • Ensure a safe, clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Enthusiasm and Passion surrounding the delivery of a quality guest experience
  • College Degree Preferred
  • 2 years Front of the House Management Experience preferred
